Internal Sales Consultant

Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid

  • Provide day-to-day sales operations and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team

  • Monitoring the bid management to ensure it is aligned with company requirements

  • Attend to sales enquiries and feedback from customer via phone, email and walk-in (if requested)

  • Working closely with principles and distributors via phone and email

  • Contribute in cost and product price calculations

  • Tracking status of tenders and offers



  • 1-2 years working experience in a related industry is preferred

  • Possess Diploma in Business Studies or any equivalent

  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Knowledge of sales process from initiative to close

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people
